The interview went well for me. It was conversational with a few behavioral and a few technical questions. Questions were related to what I had mentioned in my Resume. However, there is a lot of communication gap with the follow-up. They told me that they would reach out with a result within 2 weeks but I got neither the next steps nor a reject. I tried following up with an email but no response, which is a bit frustrating.
