the ceo was interviewing and ask bassic questions on mylook,resume etc. then he asked about some software architecture which i negated instantly then he said let's give em a chance

Owner reviewed resume from a non developer standpoint with no real knowledge of what the position took to perform. No interviews with anyone possessing developer skills. This was basically an entry level position and centered on my life experiences.
