Phone interview and then an in-person interview was scheduled after. The phone interview was with the manager and then the in person was set up with the manager, a team lead and then I spent some time with the CEO/owner.

Very easy interview. This company will hire anyone who applies. You will have a phone screening and then an in-person interview. They will ask very basic questions to get to know you. You do not need much experience for this job.
