I was brought in and interviewed within a couple days after being connected with my new manager. Got to meat a couple people on the team, ask questions. I received an offer a week later.

The interview process was very laid back and conversation. First, I met with recruiter to see if our needs aligned. I then had a two hour interview, meeting with four different people in 30 minute increments. The next step was meeting with a director and assistant director. It was all conversational with questions that allowed me to really showcase my knowledge.
