Phone and two face to face interviews with a presentation on the first face to face. They make you do client work or prospecting. I was offered a job having set good an reasonable salary expecations. They lowballed me so I declined the job and accepted another offer they could not match on benefits but not before they offered what I wanted and then 5 grand more. I later saw the job on a recruitment site with another 5k on top of the highest offer. If you'r e coming to work here make sure they pay you. Also a director of this company later bad mouthed me to a company I was working with. Be careful with this crowd. They are trouble. Better yet, apply elsewhere you'll be treated better.
