Simple questions and online onboarding if accepted Drug test and background required. You will get and offer or decline email after zoom interview.
They will ask about work history and experience in call centers. They do seem eager to have people come in to work. They also said that you can work from home after training.
I like that it was virtual so you didn't have to leave the comfort of your home. Saves on passage which is a plus when your a job seeker with minimal funds

Entretien
First is, I apply thru email. And after that I received call from one of their agent, we proceed to first initial interview and after if I passed the initial, they will call me again for the second time and asked me if I am able to go for another final interview through on site or through phone call again.

Entretien
I went to their office and had my initial interview. It took about 2hrs before I got to the final interview. I managed to answer all the question though I got nervous and had a hard time but still got a chance.
