Very unprofessional and a waste of time. Interview process is not clear. Last minute notices for phone interviews given with no regard for interviewee’s time. Multiple scheduled interviews were not attended. What kind of company sends a candidate in to interview with the client without being screened by at least a company lead or project manager? These hiring practices lead to questions of whether the position is even real. Stay away.
