They dont know how to ask questions. It is only gor timepass they are taking interview. They are asking what is java. What is selenium. What is selenium. Who asked this kind of questions. Did You even know about testing? I dont think so. First you go and search what is testing and then take the interviewes. Dont waste our valuesable time.

There were 2 rounds. 1st is telephonic and 2nd is with manager. After second round they informed me that they don't have budget and I am asking for 30% hike on my current salary. The reason of saying is that they think I am searching new job for salary. Everyone is doing same thing. It's just waste of time.. If they call you ask them for their budget first.
