HR contacted for a Interview, Interview process was a simple one to one meeting with the CEO. Meeting was scheduled, the CEO is a very pleasing personality with in-depth knowledge of business, it was more like a casual conversation where he wanted to understand the processes I follow to retain my customers and how I generate more business through the clients, he gave the opportunity to me that I can get the insight where the company currently standing and what is the goal of the company and what is route plan and how I will be integrating in the process. Quiet a learning experience.
