I applied through LinkedIn. After one week, I received a call from HR and the conversion made me feel that the team is not professional. After one week, I received another call from another HR and told me that the package was reduced and asked me whether willing to continue the process even I haven't started the interview with them. Then they sent me questions and arrange an interview after that.
