First interview was a quick telephone screening, was professional and pleasant. Unfortunately, I was told right of the bat that this position was filled and that they has another position that was similar open. I agreed and asked for more information and was hardly given any, except mentioned that it was more client based. I was then informed that I would get a follow up phone interview the following Monday. After prepping all weekend, I was interviewed over the phone by a woman who clearly did not want to give me the time of day, interrupted most of my answers. She then interrupted me to tell me this role was more number based. Odd, considering the last person I spoke to said it was entirely client based. At this point I had no idea what the position even was. I then was given no opportunity to ask any questions or for any clarification. This entire phone interview lasted 4 minutes and 9 seconds. For some reason, I was asked to come in for an in person interview that week with both people I had spoken to. The woman's phone went off twice during the interview as she would ask questions while she went on to text. The woman once again did not give me the time of day and I knew from that moment and from the awful phone interview, I did not want any part of working for this company. As a candidate I felt unvalued and disrespected. I should know what the position entails AT LEAST. I don't see how they can pick a candidate from an interview if the candidate isn't given the chance to fully address their point. The interview lasted 20 minutes. By far the worst interview process I have had.

The initial was a skype interview for about 10 minutes and then one in person interview with the ad operations team. This process was different for all hires. Some people had to shadow a campaign manager for an entire day and then given a test. While others were given an assignment to see if they qualify to understand the basics of this position
