J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez impact.com (Columbus, OH) en févr. 2026

      Entretien

The interview process moved quickly. Everyone I spoke to was prompt and friendly. First stage was a standard recruiter call. Second stage was with a regional (?) manager. They asked some questions to test my judgement and critical thinking skills. Then, I was instructed to complete an online course and certification, read through product documentation, and interact with their sandbox account. These tasks had to be completed within three days of receiving the breif. They estimate this to take around 3 to 5 hours. From this, I had to prepare and present a 10-minute live demonstration of the product during the third interview, which was with a panel. It was very technical, with follow-up questions specific to the product (what specific features do, where to find this setting, etc.) rather than the industry. The interview was 60-minutes total. They ghosted me afterwards.

      1. The process started with a call with a recruiter to set a date for the in-person interview. They also followed up with an email with an assignment I had to get done. 2. The On-site Interview was with the line manager (who was the main contact for the role) and his boss, the senior manager. It began with me presenting the pre-assigned task, and then we jumped straight into the interviews. Honestly, the senior manager was a bit unprofessional. He'd keep up this polite smile like he was listening, but he just repeated questions the line Manager had literally just asked. 3. Next was a Zoom Check-in with the Regional Head of the Customer Engineer team—a slightly more straightforward call. Standard stuff, thankfully. 4. The Final Boss They kept rescheduling the meeting. Then, during the actual interview, I got hit with super intrusive questions about my marriage and family plans, my thoughts on taking holidays, what I'd do if I couldn't finish a massive amount of work on the same day, and how I generally get along with my boss. A lot of these concerning themes were actually brought up in the first on-site interview, too. My gut feeling is that they're not exactly flexible about family life or taking time off. It screamed unpaid overtime, and the vibe I got suggested the leader might be a bit of a nightmare to deal with.
