I applied online, then a HR personnel reached out and we had a call afterward. Following that was a video call with a director about my technical skills. The HR personnel told me a week later that I was no longer being considered. Since I thought the call with the director went well, I asked for feedback so that I could learn and improve upon that, but never heard back… This makes me feel that HR personnel is very unprofessional.
