30 minute screening process to get to know the candidate plus some general questions about object-oriented programming and cs in general. A coding exercise follows to demonstrate object-oriented coding principles and good general practices with a submission deadline of 1 week (it's easy enough to be done in one day). A final interview ensues where you explain your code plus a few extra questions.
