After submitting a resume, I was contacted by someone in their HR for a phone interview which lasted about 20 minutes. I then took a personality test, then days later a 20-minute CCAT cognitive test administered by an online proctor. After completing the CCAT, I immediately received a request to schedule a 30 minute getting-to-know-you video interview with an existing CloudOps Engineer. He didn't have his questions organized, wasn't sure where this position would be in relation to himself (would he be my peer? my boss?), remarked that he should have made this 60 minutes long, and said he didn't know next steps in the process. A week later I still hadn't received a response, so I contacted the original HR person I spoke with. He apologized and said I should have received a rejection e-mail. Given the nearly exact match of their requirements and my certified skill set, I would advise that ageism is something you should worry about as a candidate.

Bad. Just really bad. One of the worst experiences, that I ever had. After having an interview, I had a feeling, that one of the interviewers had an opinion about himself, that he is the smartest person on this planet and he knows everything about IT, so if your knowledge is not on the level of "Gods" like his, no one should be applying for this position and work in hand with him.
