They start the interview process with a recruiting exercise (no first interview), so there is no interaction except for an email from their recruitment catch-all email. Then, once you've submitted the exercise (that you took many hours to complete with a full video) then you receive NO confirmation that they received it and no follow-up communication. Absolutely terrible candidate experience. Worst I've been through over a 15-year career in recruiting.

Succinct, informative interview. The company is in a nascent phase and will have much success with the right person in this role. This was a positive experience. I wish them the best.
