There will be a total of 3 rounds; 1. Technical round 1 (taken by one or more interviewer from the team that is hiring) 2. Technical round 2 (taken by senior/lead interviewer from the team that is hiring) 3. Behavioral round (taken by manager from the team that is hiring)

First, a call with human resources. Classic basic questions and a quick test of my English. So, a technical exercise to be completed in 3/4 days. They contact me in a couple of days telling me that the feedback on the test was absolutely positive. Then they set me up for an interview with HR and the manager (about 50 minutes) and a live programming session (about 2 and a half hours). After these sessions, I was extremely confident about the feedback, I was sure I made a great impression. So nothing for about two weeks. I wrote an email asking for at least some feedback, even negative, and the next day they called me saying that they had chosen to continue the process with other candidates, because they had more seniority than me. Meanwhile, on LinkedIn they keep posting new research for the same role I was interviewed for.
