You will be invited to a virtual group interview where you are asked a series of questions. If you are successful, you are typically offered a job after the fact.
The interview wants to see your leadership skills, how you can showcase awareness, brand understanding and overall collaboration.

I think a lot of these question vary between stores. We were asked about a time where you had to make a tough decision, even though you disagreed with it.
iI had a group interview with 8 people. The interviewers were very friendly and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. They asked questions popcorn style and everyone got a chance to answer.

Amazing it was easy not hard and conducted through online platforms easy to access and have good conversation with, need to practice and search up their fabrics beforehand. Must be knowledgable about your own hobbies sports

Expect 2 group interviews with 6-10 candidates per group. Be prepared to share specific stories regarding conflict resolution, receiving constructive feedback, your favorite coach/boss, your biggest accomplishment, etc. Come dressed to impress with your favorite lululemon outfit and be prepared to sell it!
