This interview process is a complete joke and frankly a waste of time. I applied at the end of February and received an e-mail back for an interview 3 weeks later. The interview was with around 10 people, sitting in the food court of the mall it’s in (very noisy and distracting) and we all answered questions popcorn-style. As an experienced retail worker, I actually studied for this interview. I researched the company, and rehearsed typical interview questions like “what is your biggest accomplishment, flaws, etc). Instead, we were asked questions like “if you were a Disney princess, who would you be?” I understand this was a casual interview in order to get to know our character, but everyone was cutting eachother off mid sentence because we were battling for the interviewers attention. Not one question asked about customer service, which in retail this is obviously important. Maybe I’m bitter because I did not get the job but I would’ve loved to move on to the second stage to meet one-on-one, I think I would’ve been successful then. As a yogi and lululemon admirer for 10 years, I’m pretty disapointed they hire based on silly childish questions.

Relatively easy interview, focusing more on your personality and working attitude. The staff there are pretty friendly and give you so much positive energy. The whole process was quite enjoyable
Amazing it was easy not hard and conducted through online platforms easy to access and have good conversation with, need to practice and search up their fabrics beforehand. Must be knowledgable about your own hobbies sports
iI had a group interview with 8 people. The interviewers were very friendly and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. They asked questions popcorn style and everyone got a chance to answer.
