First they asked me to come in for an interview and Sunday yoga class. After over a month, I was invited to a group interview where we had to teach the group a new skill. After this, I was invited for a one-on-one interview with the store manager. After three interviews, they still felt that another store manager hadn't gotten to know me well enough, and so I went for a fourth interview and yoga class with him. Four interviews over about 3 months in the end, and I was not offered the job. Fair enough, but I feel like they could have figured that out after the first or second?

It was good but no further feedback, i think they should value more the people, and they don't. I was feeling with a lot od pressure.
I was there for 30 minutes and to be honest I just wanted to leave.... the managers are sooooooo bad and the interview process it is really dificult1 IT IS A SALES ASSISTANT JOB.

It was a group interview.
The interview was conducted in a comfortable setting. They asked questions about who I am and how I resolve conflicts when working with colleagues. Preparing several episodes with confidence will be helpful

It was very friendly. It was a group interview with a group of people. They mostly asked behavioural questions. They asked the same question of everyone, and we answered them. I felt very comfortable there. Although I didn't get the offer, I felt very good.

They asked behavioral questions, such as one time I had a challenge with a coworker and how I managed it. Another question was, if I were a Barbie doll, what would come with me in the box?
