Submitted my application online August 31 and didn't hear back for weeks. Ended up both calling the store to follow up a week later (as others have online) and the manager said that they would contact me if they were interested. After I didn't hear anything back for another week and a half I was visiting the store and asked for the manager. I spoke with a hiring manager and she took my name and information down and said she would send me an invitation to a group interview. The group interview was at a local yoga studio and we were separated into 2 groups of 6-7 people plus the hiring manager. The interview was very casual and we were all encouraged to answer all questions but it wasn't mandatory. Questions were easy and what has been previously described on glassdoor. -What's your favourite way to sweat? -Name a time you achieved success through someone else? -Take the shirt you're wearing and sell it to me. -What are ways lululemon can improve themselves? -If i were to call your best friend what would they say your best and worst quality is? -What's your one year goal? -What's your favourite lululemon mantra and why? I received an email the next day for a one on one with the store manager the following week at the store. I sat on a bench with the manager and one of the other educators and we talked for 20 minutes. It was really casual and the manager started things off with 'what is your favourite way to sweat' and from there we talked about school and shopping. It was a lot more casual than I thought it would be. At the end she asked me to fill out some forms for a background check and then asked me to email her my references. Assumed it went well at the one on one as she probably wouldn't have asked me if she wasn't interested. Received an email 2 days later saying they were contacting my references and I would hear back in the next 5 days. 6 days later and I was offered a position!

Came in without many expectations. Was a group interview (5-6 others) over coffee that was paid for. Store manager, assistant manager and an employee interviewed us. One was keeping note, and two were asking us questions. You got volunteer to answer first, but eventually it just turned into going around in the order we sat.
