Applied online and the next morning received an invitation to the group interview schedule for ~1 week later. There were 6 people interviewing (including myself) for different positions. Guys and girls. Interviewer was friendly and seemed equally interested in candidates. However, it was clear she had a personal relationship with certain applicants. I was told we would hear back within a week. Interview was at 7:15AM and I received the automated rejection email as mentioned in other reviews at 6PM that same day. Overall, the experience was fine but I do think those with connections are at a huge advantage.
