the interview process is horrible, they hire on looks, love men, sit around in a big circle on the floor and ask ridiculous questions. the employees are in a cult, they have educators and 1 Key Leader hold the interviews and from my observation they have absolutely no experience on how to interview candidates. it can take people 2 years and many group interviews to final get hired.

Lululemon's big question of the day will be what are your goals in 5-10 years, so depending on your age and where you are in life it is a tough question. many people don't get hired because they just don't know what their goals are in future so Lululemon takes that as a negative instead of looking into a persons background or what they may have to offer the company. the other ridiculous question is what kind of animal would you be and why.
iI had a group interview with 8 people. The interviewers were very friendly and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. They asked questions popcorn style and everyone got a chance to answer.

Expect 2 group interviews with 6-10 candidates per group. Be prepared to share specific stories regarding conflict resolution, receiving constructive feedback, your favorite coach/boss, your biggest accomplishment, etc. Come dressed to impress with your favorite lululemon outfit and be prepared to sell it!
Amazing it was easy not hard and conducted through online platforms easy to access and have good conversation with, need to practice and search up their fabrics beforehand. Must be knowledgable about your own hobbies sports
