J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez lululemon (Palm Desert, CA) en nov. 2014
Entretien
The first interview was a group interview with about 7 others. We sat on the floor in the store, on yoga mats. Everyone pretty much wore something lulu, or at least a piece. We went around and introduced ourselves. Told something unique that was not on our resume. Scenario questions were given that we could all kind of chime in as a group. There were a few words given that we were asked individually to ask what we felt they meant. One word was integrity. At the end of the interview we were given a piece of paper to write down our availability and then also, who else in the interview would you hire, and why. The next step was to be invited to do a group sweat. I was asked to do an outdoor yoga class with four other candidates. There were four employees also doing the class. They want to see if you actually do what you said you did in you interview and on your resume as far as working out goes. The final step was a one-on-one with one of the managers.

Entretien
Relatively easy interview, focusing more on your personality and working attitude. The staff there are pretty friendly and give you so much positive energy. The whole process was quite enjoyable
iI had a group interview with 8 people. The interviewers were very friendly and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. They asked questions popcorn style and everyone got a chance to answer.
