Super fascinating experience. First met in a group setting and went for coffee and then had a 1:1 interview + chat with 2 of the hiring managers. They ended up not hiring anyone from the interview process since they needed someone to be able to commit to 12 months.

group interview which consisted of a set of questions including things like "sell something in this room to me" . The interview was popcorn style and not go around the circle.

job interview it was on zoom it was pretty easy but just make sure you know what you are talking about and that you are 18 or older.it was easy sometimes you may have a group interview just make sure you speak up when you can.
All online. There were two parts to the interview that were on zoom and then you went in person. It was very simple and basic questions. You then went and did trainings through zooms.
