first interview is a group which can be 5 or more people. everyone is asked the same question. Less than two weeks is the 2nd interview with an ASM or SM only if you passed the 1st interview. Then a week later you hear back if you received a job offer or not.

They ask if you were dealing with a difficult customer how would you handle it and tell me about a past experience when you suggested something to a company to make it better

I believe there was a phone interview. There was also a group interview involved that you came in person for and they asked questions to the group and you could jump in to answer at any point. Then got request for availability shortly after the interview
