Entretien
I applied online via their website and was immediately contacted to attend the group interview. I had done some research on line to prepare myself and knew to come dressed in comfortable clothes (wearing the company product doesn't hurt) with a positive, open attitude.
The interview was led by the assistant manager and key leader and there were 6 people interviewing. We were first asked to fill out a form on our work availabilities. The policy for the store that I was applying for was that all employees must be able to work at least one open and one close a week and it seemed that anyone who was not able to provide this would not be considered (was unfortunate for some of the full-time students who were applying).
The remainder of the interview consisted of questions posed to the group. I had seen quite a few example questions online before the interview and knew that they would be looking for unique answers.

Relatively easy interview, focusing more on your personality and working attitude. The staff there are pretty friendly and give you so much positive energy. The whole process was quite enjoyable
iI had a group interview with 8 people. The interviewers were very friendly and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. They asked questions popcorn style and everyone got a chance to answer.

Expect 2 group interviews with 6-10 candidates per group. Be prepared to share specific stories regarding conflict resolution, receiving constructive feedback, your favorite coach/boss, your biggest accomplishment, etc. Come dressed to impress with your favorite lululemon outfit and be prepared to sell it!
