Phone screening, then video interview with two Store Managers and then video interview with the Store Manager and Regional Manager. All questions answered using the STARL method. Whole process took just under a month. And role start time was later than I would have expected for when it was being recruited. Overall good communication from hiring manager until the final decision. Had to chase for an update to be told I was unsuccessful.
