This was a short in duration but thorough process. I spoke with a recruiter on the phone. After doing the basic background and resume discussion I was moved on to the regional manager. I had an initial phone call with him followed up with a in person interview. From there they invited me back for a final interview. It was a very educational process, candid and real. No fluff questions. I was sad not to get an offer but I felt good about their process. Thanks Medi.
