Had an initial interview with an internal recruiter who seemed nice enough. After that interview I never heard anymore and was ghosted. It’s not a good look and I couldn’t recommend the company.
Hour long discussion with engineering manager where we discussed a range of engineering topics and projects that I had worked on. Was told I would get feedback regardless of the outcome. Unsurprisingly, never heard anything back. Don't waste your time

Answered them and was careful to explain that in engineering the right approach often depends on a number of factors. Was rejected, apparently for not having the correct "opinions" on software eng.
