Lengthy interview process. The first interview is a one way interview. You receive a link to a third party recording platform that when ready, you are asked a few interview questions that you have to answer via recorded video. After review, if you are selected, you will schedule an in person (Zoom) interview. Typical professional interview learning who you are and experiences. This in my experience led to a 2nd in person (zoom) interview. Further questions about experience and relevance to the position.
The next step was to receive a link to a personality assessment and a written answer report. You have a two hour window to complete this process. Take this step very serious and focus on the task at hand.

There are a lot of steps in the interview process: video chat with a recruiter, 1-way video where you answer four questions they give you, 2-hour question and answer that you have to write up, and then a 1.5 hour interview. I get that the selection process is strenuous; a lot of companies are doing it.
My issue lies in the fact that I spent upwards of 5-6 hours on this interview process and made it to the final step only to be told, "I just don't think you have enough experience." That should have been something that was determined much earlier on before wasting my time. One of my interviewers was also pretty late to my interview and had ongoing connectivity issues; I'm not even sure she heard all of my answers to the questions.
In addition to all of this, they are not all that transparent about their compensation. They say "we don't make six figures", but I went through all those steps and still didn't have a confirmation on the salary range.

Exactly as the other reviewers have described. It started with a one way video interview, then progressed into a Zoom interview with a Recruiter (Beth). Th e next step was a 2 hour assignment which ended up being the end of the process for me. I was disappointed in myself that I didn't make it past this stage because I felt the questions were pretty straightforward. I wanted to give a shoutout to Beth, who I was in touch with during the whole process. She was very responsive and kind and exactly what you would expect from an HR professional from an HR services company.

Entretien
One zoom interview which was just a half hour of resume review and then a 2 hour written evaluation where I had to prepare a client newsletter as well as answer questions with paragraph responses. No further interview/contact after that was submitted.
