I had two interviews that day, both were very polite and had positive attitude, in the first interview when I did not know the answer the manager was asking, he explained to me and asked if I understand. He was very polite and had a positive attitude. Second manager asked how I was feeling and that I have no reason to be nervous.
The interview process was smooth, consisting of 2 rounds. It started with an initial phone screening with a recruiter, followed by a technical assessment. The next round involved a meeting with the hiring manager.
The questions focused on technical skills, and the interviewers were professional. The process took approximately 2 weeks, and communication from the company was clear.
Overall, the experience was neutral, and I did not receive an offer.

I applied onsemi online at the beginning of Feb. After around one week, the hr sent me a form to fill. After one week, hr set up a manger interview for me. I am waiting for it...

Technical interview after an initial phone screen. The interview was tough but manageable. The hr rep initially reached out to me and eventually the technical recruiter did. The interview was hard.
