J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez payever

RED FLAGS!!! I applied online for their UI/UX position and someone reached out to me via email for an "interview".
By "interview", I mean they gave me a task... it was specific instructions on designing THREE custom high-fidelity webpages in Sketch that adhered to their guidelines, and they also wanted the sketch files along with jpgs of what you came up with. If this was completed, you were able to move onto the next step of the interview process....
The fact that they wanted THREE webpages (which would have taken at the minimum 8 hours to mock up) in addition to the actual Sketch files along with the jpgs was a huge red flag. Nope! Don't do it!!

I applied about a month ago for the post of UI/UX Designer at payever. I got a mail 2 days after my initial application request and was tasked to perform a Design UX Task, after which I was scheduled for an interview. The initial interview process was interactive. And the design task itself was a bit difficult
