Entretien
I sent my resume to the email address that was posted on the storefront. The district manager called me and let me know there was a job fair going on at a nearby hotel. I went and filled out an application. 10 minutes later the district manager called me again and let me know that I had recieved the job, I turned around and filled out the new hire paperwork and also got my schedule for the next two weeks.
The interview process was really easy. Scanned over my resume, asked a couple of behavioural questions, and was offered the job minutes after I had left. Overall, really easy to land as long as you're well rounded!
Easy and fun! they asked the normal basic questions and a few fashion related questions, such as previous experience, how to be managed, weakness. The fashion question is more so to see your style.
The process was smooth. My interview was a group interview. I went in & handed my resume and she basically just asked why I wanted the position & etc. The interview questions were basic.
