Was very straight forward,
Was a group task where we had to choose a shoe and describe what type of customer the shoe would belong to etc. then they asked us to do 1-1 interviews.

Entretien
There was an online form to fill out first. Then a 30 minute in person interview. The in person interview was straight forward, more of a chat with some questions about my past job and how id deal with customers etc
It was organised as a group interview as there were multiple hires in preparation for the Christmas period which reduced my own stress when preparing for it. It was much more enjoyable and informal which created a much better environment for myself and the other candidates
