During my interview experience, I found the interviewer's behavior to be very rude and disruptive. Throughout the interview, I was frequently interrupted and not given the opportunity to finish my sentences. Additionally, a significant portion of the interview consisted of behavioral questions that presented unrealistic scenarios. For instance, one scenario involved managing multiple requirements within an unreasonably short timeframe, without the support of a product owner or business analyst. It's important for interviewers to present realistic scenarios that accurately reflect the challenges of the role. I believe that constructive and respectful communication is essential during the interview process to accurately evaluate a candidate's potential fit for the team.
