Recruiter knocked me on LinkedIn. Arranged a meeting with him and then promised to arrange an interview with hiring manager. Then ghosted me for months.
After follow up, he said hiring manager was on holiday and after two months rejected my application stating I was not suitable for the role even without a technical interview. If I were not suitable, I wonder why he knocked me on LinkedIn. Then promised to call in for another position which was another lie.
Incompetent, unprofessional Recruiter, did not know what he is doing. Never recommend this. HR is the mirror of a company and this certainly portrays the culture of the company.

Final interview was very detail and matches the level of the position.
Suggest to prepare in advance as the discussion can be both towards strategic areas and at the same time technical.
