The process took a bit too much time but all hiring personnel was very friendly and treated me with professional approach. Only thing I see as not good was, that I haven´t receive any written confirmation of hiring and the job proposal. I only had the info from my manger through phone.

The Case is provided in advance so you can prepare a presentation. It has to do with the role you are applying for, which is great since you get the chance of showing your knowledge applied to the real need of the team.
