Entretien
The interview process was very positive, after applying with my work I got contacted by the recruiter which did a first screening interview. I then received a video intro to the role by the manager which set the scene for the following interviews that were more conversations with LEGO staff. I really enjoyed the assignment and presented it to the team. The feedback from the manager was very transparent and direct which helped me manage my expectations.

In innovation there's always teams coming up with ideas that you know that if you could be wearing a shirt with the 3 questions that can challenge that idea what would be written on that shirt?
