Generally a good interview process with friendly people and interesting questions. There was a bit of a wait between contact from the organisation and a bit light on the feedback but overall fine.

I have been contacted by one of the recruiters for Lego, they told me how perfect I would be for the role and started the process for me. First initial recruiter screening, the recruiter didn't show up to the meeting because she said she slept in and couldn't adapt to work after the holidays so we rescheduled. Then next day we had the interview, she said she would get back to me the same day after speaking with the hiring manager. After 10 days still no communication, no follow-up email. It looks like my process has been completed in the candidate dashboard, I didn't even get a courtesy email for rejection. I find it utterly disgraceful that so-called recruiters of a giant brand like that can act like this and ghost people. Hope these reviews are being read. It was such a waste of time. Be careful.
