We aim to create a recruitment experience that is both fair and respectful of candidates’ time. Our technical test is designed to assess problem-solving skills in a realistic way and help us identify the strong technical abilities required to maintain the high standards of think-cell’s products. The platform allows up to 10 hours to complete the task to give candidates flexibility, for example to take breaks if needed. In practice, many candidates complete and submit their solutions within around 2–4 hours. Regarding feedback, we also understand that not receiving detailed comments on a submission can feel disappointing. Unfortunately, providing specific feedback on the assessment would compromise the integrity of our evaluation process and our ability to continue using this test consistently with all candidates.
