Quite comfortable, the questions were not difficult but to talk a little about yourself and the role you are applying to. The interview lasts less than 40 minutes between personal questions and an explanation of the job.
Very brief and more like a personal get to know you interview. But before that you get to do a role play with the hiring team to see if you are keen on listening and ability to solve queries presented to you plus testing your English language proficiency skills or any other language that they require from you.

The interview process has been one of the fastest processes I have taken part in. The team leader who was leading the interview was very nice and asked some questions about the role and my interests as well.

The interview was online, so you do not need to turn on the camera. He was a team leader, not even an HR manager. He asked a few questions related to your background and your experience regarding customer service before.

The interview was on average almost easy, with common questions related to customer service like if you have an angry customer what would you do? At the end of the interview process, the team leader gives you a table, so you should analyze it based on numerical indicators.
