The process took several weeks. The first interview was with an HR representative, who basically went over the job requirements for the role and he was extremely cordial and friendly. Next, they requested several portfolio work samples to evaluate. The next step was a phone interview with the HR manager. The call was mostly conversational with only a few STAR situational questions. Everything went well and all signs pointed to a potential offer, but I was told a few weeks later that they didn't currently have any opportunities that would meet my availability. Maybe that will change down the road?

Various samples of my work were requested and then evaluated by an experienced panel. I thought that was very smart. My interview with the HR Executive was one of the most "real," sincere, and warm interview ever. I appreciated all the time spent in the interview process to make sure I was a good fit.
