There was an initial technical Skype interview, that was followed by a programming excercise for which they gave me 1 week. The excercise was the creation of a role manager application with some well-known fictional characters. After the submission of the test, they organized a face-to-face interview where I had to 'defend' the implementation that I did for the test, and also there were some more technical questions. On the second part of this interview, I was asked some questions about my preferences, work ethics etc, and they described the full picture of their offer. The interviewers were quite qualified, and the questions were correct. Also, the people I met there were friendly, so my oweral impression was very good about the company and the work they are doing.
