The interview process was a great experience. Highlights: 1) Several meetings to go over any questions I may have and for them to get to know me to assess if we were a mutually good fit. 2) No silly questions such as, "Tell me about a time when a coworker made you angry" (and so on)". 3) I completed a required personality assessment intended to determine the job opportunity was ideal for my personality and if not, what other position might be appropriate. 4) Super friendly staff who were welcoming throughout the process.
