i was called by a recruiter for Graduate Structural Engineer in voestalpine( METSEC) in oldbury, west midland, as found my CV online.
a time was set by HR team to be the following week.
the interview last 45- 60 min and were with two people a technical manager and a structural engineer.
they were friendly and the atmosphere provide you with the confident.

Question 1
- what do you know about the company?
- what do you know about the roll?
- a technical question,(calculate reactions, maximum bending moment and deflection ) for a simply sported beam with UDL (they had a formula sheet and you could ask to use it if needed)
- presentation on your own chose of topic and should note be related to what you have done in university ( allowed 15-20 min to prepare and use a paper board.
- tell my about a time where you had to deal with a difficult person in your team.
