I knew several people working for xTuple at the time, so I was able to submit my resume to the hiring manager through them. When I was brought in for my interview, I was interviewed by the hiring manager, but then had a co-worker that I would be working with come in and ask me questions and get to know me. After that, 2 more managers were brought in for evaluation and finally spoke with the president of the company to discuss my needs regarding salary. The entire interview took about 3 hours.
