We are excited to announce that SeekWell, 1-800 Contact's parent company, received the 2026 Gallup Exceptional Workplace Award for employee engagement! This award recognizes companies that set the standard for building high-performance cultures—places where employees feel valued, heard, and equipped to do their best work. This honor is even more meaningful to us knowing it was awarded based on feedback from our own associates. Eligibility was determined by the results of our 2025 Engagement Survey, which 94% of our associates participated in. We are grateful to have such an engaged workforce that is willing to provide feedback so we can continuously improve their experience and purposefully build a culture we are proud of.
1-800 Contacts was honored to take part in the Utah Women & Leadership Project’s (UWLP) “100 Companies Championing Women in 2025: Best Practices for Utah Companies” study. Since 2022, this initiative has highlighted Utah companies with family-friendly policies and programs aimed at recruiting, hiring, retaining, and advancing women at all levels of business. The resulting annual Research & Policy Brief serves as a resource for other companies hoping to adopt forward-thinking policies and practices.
