Day 1 of the NYSABA 36th Annual Conference was a success! Our Executive Director, Rachael, had an amazing time connecting with fellow professionals, and our NY LBA Team came together to celebrate a fun and inspiring first day of learning and collaboration. 💙
The Portland team hosted their very first MegaPod in their brand-new 5,000 sqft center! They came together to share heartwarming stories, gain insights from Dr. Peter Gerhardt, connect on new procedures, and enjoy delicious food from a local food truck. 🌮✨
The Greensboro team has had an action-packed few weeks! 💙 They participated in the Triad 5K supporting the Autism Society of North Carolina on 9/27, sharing their ABA services with the community. The following week, they connected with amazing future talent at the UNCG Job Fair on 10/1. 🌟 From spreading awareness to building connections, this team knows how to make an impact and have fun doing it!
Shoutout to our amazing IE Region Directors, Crystal Lucatero & Dolores Grajeda! 💙 On 9/15 we officially opened our new center, and during a recent Supervisor meeting, the team surprised them with flowers and a plaque to celebrate their leadership. Crystal & Dolores became directors together in 2019 but have been with ALP for over 10 years each. Their dedication and leadership inspire our entire IE team - sups, BTs, admins, kiddos, families, and everyone in between. 👏
Our South Bay Team had a great time connecting with students at this week’s Long Beach City College Fall 2025 Career Fair! 🎓💼 We enjoyed meeting future professionals and sharing more about the rewarding opportunities at Autism Learning Partners 💙

📣 Career fair season is here, and ALP is loving every minute of it! This week our East Bay team attended Ohlone College’s Fall 2025 Career Fair 🎓 and our Raleigh team joined North Carolina Central University’s Fall 2025 Career & Internship Fair 🦅. We enjoyed meeting so many amazing students, sharing about ABA, and talking about what it’s like to be a Behavior Technician.
✨ What an inspiring close to Day 1 of the #BMBASummit! ALP was honored to join an amazing community and to support the celebration of Dr. Barry Daly’s Legacy Fund. 💙 Dr. Daly, the first Black male BCBA-D and a true legend in our field, shared: “I think about our forerunners Martin Luther King, Mahatma Gandhi, even Malcolm X. To me these men were prolific at their time. Their dream continues on. This particular fund allows our dream to continue on. It’s a continuation of what was already set before.
