As Earth Month begins, we want to know: What have you been doing in the past year to make the world a more sustainable place? At Tetra Tech, sustainability is part of our nearly-60-year history, our hashtag#ESG commitments, culture, and projects around the world. On Earth Day we’ll publish our annual Sustainability Report sharing our progress against the commitments we made in our 2030 Sustainability Goals, including: • Improving the lives of 1 billion people through our projects • Reducing our greenhouse gas emissions, water use, and office footprint • Improving the gender balance and racial and ethnic diversity in our workforce • Supporting employee engagement, inclusion, and wellness This month we’ll also tell you about some of the good work that our employees do year-round, including efforts to address the massive challenge of plastic pollution for the most impacted people and environments. Doing better for the earth and our communities is not a one-day, one-month, or even one-year commitment. It’s part of our work and our lives, every day. We hope it’s part of yours, too. So, let us know: What have you been doing—professionally or personally—this past year to make our global home a little more sustainable?

Neurodiversity refers to the amazing variety in human neurology, thinking, communication styles, and expression. Tetra Tech supports Neurodiversity Celebration Week’s goal to promote a world where all thinking and learning styles are valued and included. Approximately 15-20 percent of the world population is neurodivergent, which includes a wide spectrum of differences and characteristics such as autism spectrum condition, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), dyslexia, dyscalculia, developmental language disorder, and dyspraxia. Neurodivergence brings both strengths and challenges. Whether neurodivergent employees thrive at work is often related to the understanding, acceptance, and accommodation of differences in their workplaces. This week our Professional Women’s Network and TetrAbility Employee Resource Groups are excited to participate in #NeurodiversityCelebrationWeek by co-hosting a webinar about neurodiverse women in the workplace. #InclusionMatters #DisabiltyInclusion #Neurodiversity
This International Women’s Day, we join the global community in celebrating the women and girls who #InspireInclusion and are working toward a gender equal world. At Tetra Tech, we work to find creative solutions to achieve equity and inclusion and promote gender equality across our operations and the projects we implement on behalf of clients. We support the women in our workforce to do their best work and be changemakers in their sectors by providing fair pay and equal opportunities. We have committed to increasing the percentage of women throughout our workforce and particularly in management roles as part of our 2030 Sustainability Goals. #IWD2024 #WomensHistoryMonth
